Maple Cream is a pure maple product - no ingredients other than our Pure Adirondack Maple Syrup!
Maple Cream is made by boiling excess water from our maple syrup, resulting in a very thick maple syrup that, after stirring, changes consistency to Maple Cream. Maple Cream is a spreadable maple sugar that can be used on pancakes, waffles, french toast. Also great on oatmeal with some fresh blueberries or strawberries!
